Together with a young team of architects from Podgorica, we have developed different types of houses in different sizes for you. What was particularly important to us here was that the buildings should adapt to the surroundings and give the property a lightness. This resulted in a unique design, the shape of which is reminiscent of the mountains that you can admire from your properties. Each house stands out due to its individual character, which fits into the overall picture. An absolute highlight is the architecture of the hotel, which picks up on the various peaks and, thanks to its staggered construction, offers a lot of space without being overwhelming. You and your guests can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Sinjajevina mountain range on your terrace or in your living room, we have taken care of that.
Another important point for us was the issue of sustainability. Therefore, wherever possible, we have given preference to materials from the immediate vicinity. This not only saves us long delivery routes and high transport costs, but also supports the local economy and infrastructure. All houses are planned according to the highest energy efficiency, so that you can save costs on the one hand, but also protect our environment. Almost all houses are designed in such a way that it is possible to install a solar system. The rest of the power supply is - where possible - from hydroelectric power plants and wind energy. An air heat pump is expected to be used for heating. The drinking water supply is also guaranteed by its own spring and is of the highest quality.
With all these ideas in mind, we got down to work and different variants of dream houses - according to your taste and needs - were created. Individual wishes can be coordinated with you so that we can make the final touches before your dream house is built.
