Since 2020 we have expanded the Spiritus Loci portfolio on the foreign market. What started with the first projects on Mallorca, we are now continuing on a larger scale in Montenegro. With the property described here, we are developing a project in which we see a lot of potential for us and our customers - both in terms of financial investments and in terms of relaxation and lifestyle.
